Ample Place

Bulan is one of the biggest towns in Sorsogon. It is composed of 63 barangays. And these barangays are consists of Sitios. One of these barangays is Brgy. M. Roxas. It has 3 sitios: Palanog, Bacolod and Kulapnit. And we consider Sitio Palanog as one of the ample place here in Bulan.

   Sitio Palanog is located at the mountain top of its barangay.

  

 It has only 6 households.Mostly, their source of income is through copra.

 Way going to Sitio Palanog.

Although we are striving to attain a progressive economy and adapt the fast changing society yet there still places which are not yet able to engulf the changes. Even if they are in that kind of situation, they have the principle not to leave the place.

    Bulan is said to be one of the visited places because of its beautiful spots. It has several places which Bulanenos trying to enhance for the betterment of their town and mostly for tourism. One of its visited spots is Sabang Park. 

Sabang Park is one of the most visited spots in Bulan. It is exactly situated at Brgy. Zone 2, near town proper.

 It was established during the term of late Mayor Celerina Gotladera, after EDSA Revolution on 1986.

 Approximately 2,500 people visited this place every day to experience its beauty and witness the breathe taking sunrise and sunset. 

  CHILDRENS PLAYGROUND

This part is the area where children are allowed to enjoy their leisure time as well as their guardians.

  FOOD SECTION

 This park has food section where Bulan delicacies are served. They offer foods and drinks for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner and for snacks.

PADARAW SOUVENIR SHOPPE

 It has various kinds of souvenirs like: slippers, bags, bracelets, necklaces, decorations and    many more.

  

SABANG PAVILLION

 This building is available for any occassions such as conferences, weddings, and reunions. This area  can occupy atleast 500 persons. The rent is worth 2,000 Php.

 RENTED ROOMS

 This park has 6 rooms for rent. For the air conditioned rooms, the rent is worth 550 Php while for ordinary 350 Php and for family rooms, the rent is 1,000 Php where 7 members can be accomodated. Each rent is good for 24 hours.

       Sabang Park according to Mr. Ruel Calupit, it symbolizes the Padaraw Festival where Bulanenos representing to. This is one of the most beautiful parts of Bulan for tourism. The development of Sabang is continouos.

       The management of Sabang Park keeps on pursuing for the cleanliness the practice for Solid Waste Management, being friendly to transit and improving the facilities which will add to its ambiance.
